Terms and Conditions

All pricing is per day and subject to availability.

Minimum rental period is 24hrs for vans, our pricing is based on 8am pickup and 8am dropoff.

All rentals include insurance (subject to excess) breakdown cover.

A mileage cap of 250 miles for one days hire, then 125 miles per day thereafter. A maximum of 1000 per week before a excess mileage charge of 15p per mile is added.

Additional Drivers are free of charge.

Deposits are required on all rentals.

Our insurance covers for people aged from 25 to 69.

Van insurance for people aged 70-73 inclusive are able to hire our vans, however, the excess is higher (£1,150). You will be required to sign extra paperwork which will be provided on the day of hire

Fuel is to be the same amount when returned as when the vehicle goes out, please note we do not do refunds on overfill

We do not hire out to couriers or multidrop

The customer is fully liable for punctures, damaged windscreens or any damage to the vehicle

If the vehicle is stolen whilst in the customers possession you will be liable for full cost of the replacement and any loss of hire. Theft is not covered by us under any circumstances

Our vehicles are under no circumstances allowed out of the UK

Any pet hair in the vehicle will result in full loss of deposit

Driver Requirements

All drivers must be a minimum of 25yrs and have been licensed to drive for at least 2yrs at the time of rental. National Driving Licenses must be presented at time of rental along with 1 form of ID; current utility bills etc

Fuel

Fuel is entirely the renter’s own responsibilty and vehicles returning low on fuel will be charged for refuelling along with the cost of any missing fuel.
