A mileage cap of 250 miles for one days hire, then 125 miles per day thereafter. A maximum of 1,000 per week before a excess mileage charge of 15p per mile is added.

You have to be aged 25-69 to hire a van with atleast 2 years of driving experience.

We can offer insurance for people aged 70-73, however, the excess is higher (£1,150). You will be required to sign extra paperwork which will be provided on the day of hire.

The essential items you will need to have to hand when making your booking is a valid drivers licence and your national insurance number, we will ask some other questions such as address, age etc.

On the day of collecting your van you will be asked for your drivers licence (or a passport if it's not a photo drivers licence) along with a letter proving your current address (utility bill or council tax letter will suffice).

Our rental period is for 24 hours, this starts at 8am pickup and of course 8am dropoff the following day. We are open 7 days a week with a 8am collection/drop off on Saturday and Sundays.

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement, just let us know before the day of your hire.

Like yourself they must provide the same information when going through the booking process, meet any age restrictions and have a full valid driving licence for the van in question.

You can rent a vehicle as long as you have 6 or less penalty points on your licence. These points include those for minor offences, such as speeding offences. Drivers must not have any serious driving convictions.

If you have more than 6 points and/or any other driving conviction codes on your licence, please contact us so we can confirm with our insurers that you may hire a vehicle.

The vehicles will have varying levels of fuel, but you will be expected to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collected it. Failure to do this will result in a further charge to cover the difference.

Our vans come with AA breakdown cover. You will spot a card/sticker on the front of passenger side window. All the details are found on this card to assist you with your recovery.

Unfortunately no, our vans must stay in the UK.

95% of our vans are able to drive in Sheffield's clean air zone. If you are planning on going into the city centre it would be worth telling us so we are able to put you in the correct van.
